I have the honor to request for transfer from my present station, Motrico Elementary School, La Paz
South District to Balanoy Elementary School, La Paz South District for the following reasons:

1. I am a resident of Brgy. Balanoy, La Paz, Tarlac.

2. I am a nursing mother of my 1-year-old daughter.
3. I can fully accomplish my duties and responsibilities as classroom teacher if I am close to my
workstation since that said school is only 5 minutes walking distance from my home.
4. It is of my great advantage having saved my travelling and food expenses which can augment my
studies in master’s degree and family needs.
5. In line with the pandemic, it would be helpful for my safety and protection due to less means of travel.
6. For the good of the service
