I. Introduction
Teaching different students with diverse way of coping with the subject and the instruction as
well is not an easy task to do. It requires tremendous effort and dedication. A teacher must think of ways
on how to teach the subject area in which the students will learn and enjoy at the same time

To ensure that learning takes place, a teacher must assess his/her performance and determine
which needs improvement and which will be maintained. This report shows the accomplishment of the
