I. Introduction
One of the roles of a teacher is a motivator.
Teachers gives motivation and spirit to their students that can build the confidence from the
students. A teacher did not give a punishment if their student made a mistake in answering or
hesitate to participate school activities instead he/she’s the one who motivate and support his/her
students. Teachers must be able to build the character their students through a variety of activities
that can enhance student creativity in building self-motivation in students.

V. Networking
 Invited Mun. Councilor Alfonso Tomas as one of the judges during the Backyard
Encampment
 School was graced by the presence of the Municipal and Barangay Councilor during the
investiture of the Backyard Encampment 2022.
 The Municipal Vice Mayor and the Barangay Captain was invited to be the Guest during
the United Nations 2022 and Backyard Encampment.
 Strengthen partnership of the school and work hand and hand with the parents, guardians
and other stakeholders.
 Attended Meeting at LGU Mayantoc.
