Executive Summary In-Service Training aims to capacitate and develop the
professional growth of teachers in all aspects of their life.
One of its objectives is to help teachers cope up with their
weaknesses. Quezon National High School conducted a
three -day In- Service Training for teachers.

conducted from February 24-26, 2024. The speakers


were headed by Ma’am Kristine Bernadette Martinez
followed by Ma’am Mara Joy Pacheco. On the second day,
it was headed by Ma’am Myla P. Mallari and Ma’am
Janice S. Mamaradlo. Lastly, on the third day speakers
are Ma’am Marilyn Mendoza and Sir Raniel
Macadangdang.

The main goal of the training was to develop the skills,


knowledge on the legal basis and confidence of teachers
in managing conflicts, awareness of interpersonal
conflicts and most importantly to be able to accept it in
positive way. They can also learn things on how to stay
and maintain dignity by learning the Conflict
Management Styles.
Program Objectives The following were the specific objectives of the INSET:
- To gain understanding on the different Conflict
Management Styles
-To create or design an intervention on how to manage
Conflict Management Styles.
-To guide teachers be prepared, resilient and be more
confident to perform their duties and functions in the
“New Normal Education”.

The following were the outputs based on the


Key Results objectives of this training:
 Trained teachers of Quezon National High School
about Conflict Management Styles.
 Applied the different Conflict Management Styles in
all aspects of life especially in the field of work.
 Appreciated the importance of the awareness of
different conflicts encountered in the work place.
 Developed the skills and confidence in managing
conflicts.
Resource Materials There was no funding source used.
M&E Analysis Result from the participants evaluation of the
program .
Based on the results of participants’ evaluation of the
said program, it was successfully accomplished, the
topics were explained thoroughly by the speakers,
objectives were attained fully by means of giving relevant
activities, brain storming and collaboration related to
each topic, questions raised were answered excellently by
the speakers. Sufficient learning is very visible.

Based on the results of the facilitator’s review of the
program, it started on time and ended on time.

Result from the managers review of the program


Based on the managers review of the program, the topics
were very helpful since conflicts is a part of our daily life,
it is very relevant knowing the techniques on how to
handle it properly.

Strengths and areas for improvement should be


identified in this section
 The resource speakers successfully facilitated the
overall process and smooth flow of the training.
 The participants actively participated during the
training. They had their sharing of thoughts and

experiences about conflicts that they already


experienced and how they managed it successfully.
General Comments and The teachers of Quezon National High School actively
Issues Encountered participated in the training. They have shown remarkable
responses about the objectives of the three-day In-Service
Training. A positive feedback enlightened all the teachers
of Quezon National High school in achieving their
objectives to manage conflicts in order to make their
everyday routine better.
Recommendation The teachers of Quezon National High School must realize
the knowledge and skills they have gained from the In-
Service Training.

Our Principal, Sir Willy Mamaradlo officially started the In-Service Training through giving
of Welcome Remarks to all participants.

Our speakers for the First day IN-SET discussed the Conflicts Management Style that we
can used in dealing with conflicts.

The speakers for the second day were Ma’am Myla P. Mallari and Ma’am Janice Mamaradlo
