JUSTIFICATION ON THE EARLY PAYMENT OF JOB ORDER

SALARIES

In line with the early submission and determination of amounts to be returned to the
Bureau of Treasury, Quezon High School has paid early the salaries for the period of December
16-31, 2021 of MARY ANN B. RAMOS, Utility/Janitor-Job Order Contract Employee of the
school. This is to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the amount to be debited net of
maintaining balance and that the checks are deposited and cleared before the closing of last
banking hour for the year ended December 31, 2021. Furthermore, this office will ensure that the
said employee will render her service until the last period stated and paid and that any absences
that may occur will be deducted on her next salary.
