In the exigency of service, you are hereby recommended/ designated as
Finance Officer of Lourdes Provincial High School to perform the duties and
responsibilities attached to the position as follows:
1. Apply for fidelity bond as Finance Officer required by the Bureau of Treasury and
other Department/Section of SDO Camarines Sur.
2. Act as Head of Procuring Entity of the financial aspect of school in behalf of the
School Head.
3. In charge for School MOOE procurement and its liquidation report together with
the Schools Division Officer Designate the Financial Staff.
4. Contributing to the development and maintenance of financial systems and
processes of the school.
The designation takes effect on the date stated or upon the approval/confirmation
of fidelity bond to be applied for and shall remain effective unless revoked by the
concerned personnel.
