This designation carries with it the authority to assume the duties and responsibilities
attached to the functions of Teacher-Librarian School Alternate such as preparing an annual
work/financial plan, program implementation and monitoring, and submitting required
reports with recommendations among others.

This designation does not carry with it any additional remuneration or priority of
promotion.

This designation takes effect immediately until further revoked due to emerging
circumstances and issuances.
