Distribution of SF9.

2. The activity aims to:

a. Inform the parents of the current status of their learner’s academic performance
b. Discuss important matters regarding vaccination
c. Report the progress of the school programs and projects
d. Report the financial status of the school

3. The working Committee were indicated in the attachment.

4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is directed for information and

compliance.
