    Dear Sir:

    Greetings!

    This is to request your good office for an approval regarding our intention to proceed with the opening of
    classes this School Year 2022 - 2023 on July 18, 2022 with the following reasons:
    1. The last salary of the teaching and non-teaching personnel of GHLC- TUY Incorporated was
    on April 30, 2022. The school solely relies on student’s fees to accommodate the salaries and
    benefits of its staff so it doesn’t have the capacity the compensate them during school
    break/vacation.
    2. The learners have been stagnant for the past two months and most of them are enthusiastic to
    study and learn. They also want to take advantage of the health situation (alert level) to push
    through with face-to-face learning modality.
    3. GHLC-Tuy Incorporated is intending to offer progressive face to face learning modality and
    had already complied with all the requirements stipulated on DM No. 030, s.2022 and RM
    No. 316 s. 2022 dated June 6, 2022.
    As we keep on praying and visualizing for a better normal and natural environment, we, at GHLC-Tuy
    Incorporated are committed to find ways to develop, enrich and look for new ways for learners to learn
    more effectively while adhering to all protocols stipulated in DepEd – DOH JMC No. 1 s. 2022, and all
    applicable measures and standards imposed by the Department of Education. We would also like to
    express our willingness to report on lessons and recommendations on a quarterly basis for the
    implementation of face-to-face classes.
