As stipulated in Deped Order No. 30, s.2017, the Work Immersion Guidelines has been
issued as basis for the implementation of work immersion in all Senior High Schools (SHSs). Work
Immersion is a key feature of the SHS Curriculum. It can be conducted in different ways depending
on the purposes and needs of learners. This means that Jomalig National High School offering
Senior High School needs partners in the industry to further hone the skills of the students.
In view of the foregoing, this institution would like to request your good office for us to renew
and continue our established partnerships with your industry situated in the town proper. This
endeavor will surely help JNHS to fully implement the program and consequently, produce Senior
High School graduates who are patriotic, highly – skilled and innovative.
Attached is a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement for your comments and suggestions,
emphasis is given on the 80-hour immersion program.
We are looking forward to your generosity and continuous support in carrying out our goals
of providing the expected curriculum exit for our learners. May we develop a strong partnership in
helping the students be exposed to and be familiarized with the work-related environment relevant
to their field of specialization starting on February 2024.
