Greetings of Peace and Goodwill!

Please allow the undersigned to express his gratitude for your continued support to all the
educational undertakings of this high school. Your engagement in all programs and activities of the
school has demonstrated your commitment and dedication in helping the school achieve its goal of
serving the learners with excellence and integrity.

This school year has tested our character in facing unprecedented challenges as we fight our battle
against Covid-19. The pandemic strengthens our resiliency in addressing issues and problems that
the education system has confronted. Moreover, the strong relationship between the school and
stakeholders has made the Department of Education realized its goal in ensuring continuous
education among learners even in this time of pandemic.

To foster transparency and provide information about the performance of the school, its progress and
challenges during the past years and plans for the upcoming year, Batasan Hills National High
School will hold a State of the School Address (SOSA) with the theme Thriving for Academic
Resilience Against Pandemic” on June 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 n.n. via zoom.

In view of this, we would like to invite you to join us as one of our VIP-Guest speakers in the
program. In as much as we would like to listen to your meaningful speech, the program management
requested to allot a 3 minute-speech for each speaker so that we can maximize the time in SOSA.
The technical team of the program will also accommodate a recorded speech should you wish to
record it and you may send it via Gmail.
The school is honored to have your presence in this activity as you have been part of the school’s
undertakings and success.
