Your are hereby designate as Internal Utility of Paralayunan Elementary School effective
April 15, 2023.
As Utility assigned in Internal services you are expected to perform the following :
1. Report on duty start from 7:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm from Monday to
Friday and 8:00 am to 12:00 nn during Saturday.
2. Maintain the Principal Office Clean and in Order, together with the LRC Room and the
common toilet found at the back at all times.
a. Mop the floor
b. Cleaning the Windows
c. and cleaning the cabinet and furniture.
3. Monitor the in and Out of the front gate and secure the place at all times.
4. Other duties as may be delegated.
5. STRICTLY NO CELLPHONE ALLOWED during the work time period.

February 9, 2023.
As Utility assigned in External services you are expected to perform the following :
1. Report on duty start from 7:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm from Monday to
Friday and if needed every Saturday.
2. Maintain the School Vicinity, Corridor and Covered Court Clean and in Order at all times.
3. Collect all the trash in the trash bin of all classrooms and put in the designated proper
place.
4. Maintain the cleanliness of all Classrooms from Grade 1 to Grade 6, Mop the floor, clean
the windows and comfort rooms.
5. Do all the related work activities as requested by the all teachers.
6. Maintain and supports the GSP Program and Gardening and coordinate with the EPP
Coordinator.
6. Monitor the in and Out of the back gate and secure the place at all times.
7. Other duties as may be delegated.
8. STRICTLY THE USE CELLPHONE DURING WORK TIME IS NOT ALLOWED.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on this 3rd day of April by and between LEONARDA L. ARCEO,
employee, and Paralayunan Elementary School, the Employer through its representative MR. MAYLON D.
MANALOTO as the school head of the school.
Employee will perform services for Paralayunan Elementary School that may require the school to
disclose confidential and proprietary information ("Confidential Information") to Employee.
(Confidential Information is information and data of any kind concerning any matters affecting or
relating to Paralayunan ES, the business or operations of the school, and/or the products, drawings,
plans, processes, or other data of school not generally known or available outside of the school.
Accordingly, to protect the Confidential Information that will be disclosed during employment, the
Employee agrees as follows:
1. Employee will hold the Confidential Information received from Paralayunan ES in strict confidence
and will exercise a reasonable degree of care to prevent disclosure to others.
2. Employee will not disclose or divulge either directly or indirectly the Confidential Information or
matters to others unless first authorized to do so in writing by the School management.
3. Employee will not reproduce the Confidential Information nor use this information commercially or
for any purpose other than the performance of his/her duties for Paralayunan Elementary School.
4. Employee will not make any issues or any gossips or issue to any of the school personnel and of
the school in general that lead to the integrity of the individual within the school or the school it
self.
6. This Non-Disclosure of Agreement is effective start on the signing until after dismissal and termination of
contract.

POLICIES :
1. The employee will report on duty from Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 nn and 1:00pm to 5:00pm and
Saturday 8:00am to 12:00nn and compensated by the LGU under SEF budget intended for the school for 1
utility amounting to Php. 9,000.00.
2. The school has the right to deduct Absences and Late for penalties of employee and proceeds will be goes to
school funds to be used for school projects and other improvement of the school and under digression power of
the school head.
3. Every month the school will sum up the total number of late and covert it into absent and will be deducted to
the salary.
1. Just causes of termination refer to serious misconduct, willful disobedience or insubordination, gross and
habitual neglect of duties, fraud or wilful breach of trust, loss of confidence, commission of a crime or offense,
and analogous causes. 4th Offense
6. 1 day absent without notice is consider AWOL will be equivalent to 2 days Suspension. 2nd Offense
7. Two consecutive days of Absents without Notice is considered AWOL (absences without leave) will be
equivalent to 3 day suspension.3rd Offense
8. Three consecutive days of Absents without Notice is considered AWOL will be equivalent to
TERMINATION / DISMISSAL 4th Offense
9. During the absent due to sickness the employee will require Medical Certificate from the doctor as the
requirement to resume in duty.
