The conference aims to: 2.1. Sirengthen the MATATAG components through reskiling & upskiling the leadership competence of school managers. 2.2. Underscore the role of school heads in helping teachers to stay strong and motivated in the face of uncertainty and adversity. 2.3. Foster genuine professionalism, friendship, and camaraderie by, between and among PESPANS leading them to be committed members with the end in view of realizing the objectives of the Department of Education in general. .
