Ma’am:

May I have the honor to apply in your good office for transfer from my present station, Laga-an National High
School, Calatrava District, Division of Negros Occidental, to Ayungon National High School, Ayungon District,
Division of Negros Oriental, in due to the following reasons to wit, that:
1. I am a bona fide resident of Ayungon, Negros Oriental;
2. I want to spend more time with my family whenever they need my urgent attention but the long
distance hinder us;
3. I want to strengthen the team spirit of my family and the intimate child-mother relationship. I can’t do
it because we are far from each other.
4. I want to be with my husband for it is very necessary for a man of God, a pastor, to be together with
his wife in the ministry;
5. It would be very accessible and comfortable for me to grow professionally by pursuing my graduate
studies;
6. The station where I am presently assigned is closer to the farther hinterlands which are at risk of
impending danger and prevailing hazards. The safety and well-being of some teachers, families, and
communities are in jeopardy. Armed conflicts between the Communist Party of the Philippines and the
Government have been apparent and observable in the neighboring areas and barangays, and create
grief and worries. Thus, this minimal crisis situation urged me to submit an application and most of all;
7. I know for a fact that I can do greater things and become even more productive as a teacher and as an
individual in a place that I will always call “home”. I have long established a solid relationship with my
family and peers, and such is a wonderful opportunity to reach my highest potential.
