Warm Greetings!

Respectfully endorsing herewith the swapping agreement executed and entered into by and
between IRENE T. BACANI of Barangay San Pedro, Tumauini, Isabela and MA. KRISTINE
T. BAUTISTA, of Barangay Lanna, Tumauini, Isabela, known to be advantageous and
beneficial to both parties as public school educators, as follows:

1. That IRENE T. BACANI, agrees to be assigned at Tumauini National High School, thereby
swapping with MA. KRISTINE T. BAUTISTA who is assigned at Tumauini National High
School;
2. That in exchange, as herein agreed upon, IRENE T. BACANI will take the teaching loads of
MA. KRISTINE T. BAUTISTA at Tumauini National High School while the latter will take
the teaching loads of the former at Lanna National High School, Tumauini, Isabela.
3. That swapping of school assignment would help both parties save effort, time and money as
their residences are located near the herein stated schools.

A copy of this swapping agreement, duly signed by both parties, is hereto attached.
