I. Call to Order
The meeting formally started with an opening prayer led by Ma’am Nora Jalilul.

II. Meeting Proper

The agendum of the meeting basically revolved around the formulation of the new Annual
Implementation Plan. Specifically, the meeting is a sort of In-Service Training on School Improvement
Planning tackling the following aims:
1. Drafting of the AIP for the school year 2016-2017.
2. Proposed programs and projects that suit the needs of the stakeholders particularly the school
children and the school facilities.
3. Budget allotment for the programs and projects.
4. Target date for the programs and projects proposed.

The School Head, Teachers, pupils, parents and stakeholders were involved in drafting the SIP
for the school year 2016-2019. It involves a focus group discussion with the School Governing Council.
The School Governing Council proposed programs and projects. They make necessary actions to
raise funds for the improvement of the physical facilities of the school.
The School Head and SGC assign the different school organizations for the implementation of the
projects.
The principal, before the closure of the meeting also gave a brief discussion as to what is
expected from each team and how each team should do their assigned task.

III. Adjournment
The meeting/training adjourned at 5:00 pm.

Ang Mababang Paaralan ng San Mateo ay isang pampublikong paaralan sa Elementarya na may
layuning makapagbigay ng mabuting edukasyun para sa mga mag-aaral upang maging
produktibo at maunlad sa mga darating na panahon na may kabuuang popolasyon na 1003 mga
mag-aaral na matatagpuan sa Barangay San Mateo, bayan ng Arayat, lalawigan ng Pampanga.

Ang pamunuan ng Mababang Paaralan ng San Mateo ay malugod kayong inaanyayahan sa

pagbuo ng ating SIP/ School Improvement Plan sa taunang pampaaralang 2016-2017 hanggang
