PAYMENT AGREEMENT

By this agreement, Mr. ALVIN JOHN C. ALORO (PAYER) agrees to make

payments to Mrs. ROSALIE M. MANANQUIL, hereafter known as OWNER
and SELLER of the LOT. The payment schedule January 5,2021 is being
paid in PARTIAL with the amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos
(150,000.00), enforce by law and the methods described below in case of
breached of agreement.
By this agreement, it is agreed that the remaining partial payment of one
hundred sixty thousand pesos (160,000.00) will be surrendered to the
owner when the following documents will be completed by the PAYER to the
negotiated date that both parties agreed to:
A. Deed of sale
B. Copy of lot plan
C. Lot title
This agreement is binding, and failure to meet its term will allow the PAYER
or the OWNER to take certain recourse in accordance with the law.
By signing this agreement, all parties agree to terms as described above.
Alterations to this agreement can only be made by both parties and must be
placed in writings. Both parties will receive a printed copy of this agreement,
and will be responsible for upholding its terms.
