Madam:

I am a Grade 10 Teacher presently stationed at Sapang Bato National High School since September
01, 2014. As a teacher, I perform my task with outmost dedication and with high degree of excellence.
However, after some careful considerations, I would like to request for transfer from my present station
to Mabalacat Community High School in the Division of Mabalacat City for the following reasons.

1. The proximity where I reside is far (18 km) from my school assignment since I live in Brgy. Tabun,
Mabalacat City
2. This will minimize my travel time from my residence to my station.
3. This will mitigate the cost of my transportation expenses.
4. This will increase my efficiency as a teacher because I can devote more of my time in the
preparation of lesson plans and instructional materials.

With these reasons, it is hoped that my simple request merits your favorable response.
