A JOINT-RESOLUTION PROVISIONING THE APPROVAL FOR INZO ARNALDO VILLAGE
INTEGRATED SCHOOL, INZO ARNALDO, ROXAS CITY TO CONDUCT GRADUATION BALL 2024
FOR GRADE 10 AND GRADE 12 STUDENTS ON APRIL 6, 2024

Whereas, the Inzo Arnaldo Village Integrated School recognizes the significant milestone achieved by
Grade 10 and Grade 12 students in completing their respective academic levels; and

Whereas, a Graduation Ball serves as a meaningful and celebratory event to commemorate the
accomplishments of the graduating students; and

Whereas, it is essential to provide a platform for students to engage in a memorable social

gathering, fostering camaraderie and creating lasting memories; and

Whereas, the purpose of the Graduation Ball is to celebrate the academic achievements, personal
growth, and accomplishments of Grade 10 and Grade 12 students; and

Whereas, the Graduation Ball will serve as an opportunity for students to come together, enjoy a
night of festivities, and create cherished memories with their peers; and

Whereas, Inzo Arnaldo Village Integrated School believes in encouraging holistic development and
social interactions among students; and

Whereas, the organizing committee has outlined a detailed plan for the Graduation Ball, ensuring
the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all participants; and

Whereas, participation in the Graduation Ball is voluntary, allowing students the option to choose
whether to attend or not;

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Inzo Arnaldo Village Integrated School officially approves the
conduct of the Graduation Ball for Grade 10 and Grade 12 students.

Resolved, that the purpose of the Graduation Ball is to celebrate the academic accomplishments
and personal growth of Grade 10 and Grade 12 students. It aims to provide a memorable
experience, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among the graduating class.

Resolved, that the Graduation Ball will include various activities such as a formal dinner, a dance
floor, photo booths, and other entertainment options to ensure an enjoyable and
inclusive experience for all attendees.

Resolved, that the participants in the Graduation Ball will be Grade 10 and Grade 12 students,
along with faculty members and staff of the Inzo Arnaldo Village Integrated School who
wish to attend. Additionally, the event may include invited guests, such as parents or
guardians, to share in the celebration.

Resolved, that the Graduation Ball is organized by a dedicated committee comprising students and
faculty members. The committee will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of

the event, ensuring that it aligns with the values and standards of the Inzo Arnaldo
Village Integrated School.

Resolved, that participation in the Graduation Ball is voluntary, and students have the freedom to
decide whether to attend the event or not. No student shall face any form of pressure or
discrimination based on their choice to participate or abstain from participating in the
Graduation Ball.

Resolved, that the Inzo Arnaldo Village Integrated School encourages a positive and inclusive
environment during the Graduation Ball, promoting respect, diversity, and responsible
behavior among all participants.

Resolved, that the Inzo Arnaldo Village Integrated School administration and faculty will provide
necessary support to the organizing committee to ensure the smooth planning and
execution of the Graduation Ball.

Be it further resolved that this resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval and shall
remain in effect until the conclusion of the Graduation Ball.

Now therefore on motion made by PTA President, Mrs. Ma. Elena A. Abella and seconded by the
Grade 10 and Grade 12 advisers and SSLG Representative, Edelen Reproto Grade 12
Representative and Miyuki Masuda Grade 10 Representative be it,
Resolved as it is hereby RESOLVED TESTIFY THE APPROVAL FOR INZO ARNALDO VILLAGE
INTEGRATED SCHOOL, INZO ARNALDO, ROXAS CITY TO CONDUCT GRADUATION
BALL 2024 FOR GRADE 10 AND GRADE 12 STUDENTS ON APRIL 6,2024
Resolved further, PTA President, the School Governance Council, Grade 10 and Grade 12 advisers
and the Supreme Secondary Learner Government will give their utmost support as the
sole lead steering partner program manager to the conduct of GRADUATION 2024 FOR
GRADE 10 AND GRADE 12 STUDENTS especially on the secretariat, treasury and other
related financial concerns to the success of the project-driven initiative.
Resolved finally to furnish copy of this resolution the Office of the Principal and other concerns for
their information.
