Greetings of Peace!

The Department of Education (DepEd) recognizes the crucial role of education in shaping well-
rounded individuals who are not only academically proficient but also socially aware and
responsible. In line with this commitment, including Population Development (Pop Dev) and
Oratorical speech in the Festival of Talents serves as a strategic initiative to address the
multifaceted aspects of holistic development among students.

In support of this program we the Araling Panlipunan Department would like to formally request in
your good office to allow our selected students to undergo screening tomorrow March 6, 2024, for
the oratorical speech (1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at SPA 8 room) and Pop Dev (3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at
Grade 10 Integrity room) to identify the most qualified contestants who will represent our school on
March 22, 2022, at Dulag National High School.

Requesting further that the selected students will be excused from their classes and be exempted
from all their activities tomorrow. This exemption is aimed at motivating students to participate in the
said screening, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their talents on a broader stage.

The Department of Education (DepEd) recognizes the crucial role of education in shaping well-

responsible. In line with this commitment, the inclusion of Population Development (Pop Dev) and
Oratorical speech in the Festival of Talents serves as a strategic initiative to address the
multifaceted aspects of holistic development among students.

In support of this program, I would like to formally request your good office to allow our students,
Angel Umpad and Jomar Crame who have been selected to participate in the Population
Development and Oratorical Speech Contest organized by the Department of Education, the final
event scheduled for March 22, 2024, to commence concentrated preparation starting tomorrow,
[March 8, 2024]. In light of this, I am seeking your permission to allow them to be excused and
exempted from quizzes and other academic activities during this preparatory period.

We understand the importance of maintaining a balance between academic responsibilities and

extracurricular pursuits. However, the intensity of their preparation requires a brief exemption from
certain activities to ensure they can give their best performance on the contest day.

Your understanding and consideration in this matter is highly appreciated.

tomorrow, March 19, 2024. On this day, I need to renew my Professional Regulation Commission
(PRC) ID.
