MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Date: June 10, 2019

Time: 2:00 PM

Meeting Agenda:
1. Review of Student Handbook
2. Orientation and Distribution of Student Handbook
3. Other Matters

1. Sir Tulod called the meeting into order.

2. The secretary did the roll call and all committee were in attendance. The
secretary declared the quorum of the body.
3. Sir Tulod asked the secretary to read the minutes of the previous meeting.
4. Ma’am Cavan moved to adopt the minutes of the previous meeting and was
seconded by Ma’am Lacre.
5. For the first agendum, review of the student handbook, sir Tulod gave the
table to ma’am Lacre to present the current student handbook.
6. Ma’am Lacre presented and distributed copies of student handbook to the
body. She requested everyone to go through w/ school policies for changes
and improvements.
7. Ma’am Ambrocio suggested to change the Student Body Organization to
Supreme Student Government.
8. She also suggested to include new organizations.
9. Sir Tulod suggested to incorporate the new DepEd memorandums academic
policies.
10. Ma’am Lalisan also proposed to include the Child Protection Policy.
11. Ma’am Cavan also suggested the Anti-Bullying Act.
12. Sir Tulod requested Ma’am Lacre and Ma’am Ambrocio to workout on the
suggestions and present for approval of the committee before the production
and distribution.
13. Sir Tulod moved to the next agendum, orientation and distribution of
student handbook.
14. He asked the body for the schedule for the orientation and distribution.
15. Ma’am Lacre said that there will be an orientation for the parents and
separate for the learners. The distribution will follow after orientation of the
learners.
16. Orientation of the learner will be on June 14, 2019 at 9:am and for the
parents will be on June 20, 2019 during HRPTA meeting.
17. Sir Tulod requested sir Magalso to make a generic powerpoint presentation
that will be forwarded to class advisers.
18. For the other matters, sir Tulod reminds the committee for the upcoming
activities.
19. The meeting ended at 3:30 PM.
