    Date: July 25-29, 2022
    Time: 8:00 am to 12:00 nn.
    Location: Covered Court, Respective Classrooms
    Facilitator: Mr. Allan Gumangan and Mrs. Criselda M. Fuertez
    Attendees: Teachers, Students, Covid Marshalls & some parents
    Absentees: none

    Discussion:
    ORIENTATION PROPER

    1. The SDRRM Coordinator, Sir Allan S. Gumangan, Master Teacher II in English,


    outlined the rationale for the adoption of ENRICHMENT CLASSES and laid out all
    the requirements that must be met for this to happen in a secure setting.
    2. The opening prayer was led by Mrs. Criselda M. Fuertez, Head Teacher III in Science,
    who then gave a few reminders regarding important information to keep in mind as we
    began the enrichment classes.After the discussion and orientation, attendees were
    allowed to ask questions and clarifications.
    3. Finally, Sir Allan divided the students into groups based on their grade level and
    sections with their adviser before sending them to their assigned rooms.

    On the first day, orientation got underway in the covered court at precisely 8:00 a.m.
    Before the formal discussion of the subject at hand, preliminary work was done. The entire
    orientation was spent listening intently. They move on to their individual enrichment sessions
    after the orientation. At the end of the day all things had done successfully and safely.

    On the second day, Enrichment Class Advisers and Covid Team Marshalls took
    precautionary measures such as checking students' body temperatures, providing them with
    facemasks, and spraying their hands with alcohol before they entered their respective
    classrooms. The half-day classes went off without a hitch because no problems arose.
