JANUARY – DECEMBER 2019
INTRODUCTION
Year 2019 is indeed a good year for SDO-Rizal Annex as manifested by the several
awards received during the year. The district supervisor and school heads are lucky and
fortunate to have teachers who are competent, dedicated and committed to their work in
delivering quality education to our school children. The awards and other accomplishments
served as an inspiration and motivation for all the stakeholders both internal and external in
the organization to work and do better in all the programs, projects and activities that
would redound to its ultimate beneficiaries the school children.
This accomplishment report encapsulates the commitment, creativity,

resourcefulness, and collaboration of all the members of the organization believing in the
saying that “It Takes a Village, to build a Child”.
Hereunder are our modest accomplishments for year 2019.
