1. Regional Memorandum No. 443, s. 2021 Administration of Pre-Test and Post-Test using
the Assessment Tools for Project All Numerates for Grades 1-6 learners

MINUTE REPORT:

The faculty meeting was formally started with a simple prayer. Before the meeting started
Ma’am Cecilia N. Vergara reminded teachers regarding the set of rules to follow during the meeting.
Sir Aljon V. Timoteo discussed the Regional Memorandum No. 443, s. 2021 Administration of
Pre-Test and Post-Test using the Assessment Tools for Project All Numerates for Grades 1-6
learners. According to Sir Aljon the primary objective of the implementation of Project AN is to
determine the numeracy level of learners from Grades 1 to 6. He said that since teachers cannot
directly monitor the administration of the test they can think of the best and safe method to monitor
them such as the use of video call on facebook messenger and other platforms or they can ask
assistance from their learners’ parents by providing them instruction on how they administer the test.
He explained the scoring guide to his fellow teachers so that they are guided in giving scores. Lastly,
he also discussed the reports needed after the administration of pre-test for Project AN
The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 in the afternoon.
