PROCEEDINGS:

The meeting was call to order by Sir Nick at 8:20 am. Madam Vilma led the simple opening prayer and
attendance was done by Angeli B. Timoteo, SGC Secretary.

1. Sir Nick presented the academic performance of the school. He proudly announced the progress
in the physical appearance of the school. He also discussed the issues and concerns with the
learner’s habitual absences, records of bullying cases and health.

2. Mid-year Monitoring and Evaluation Report was reported by Madam Meriniza. She
point-out the slow progress of the programs and projects. The 1st year Work and Financial Plan per
priority Improvement Area were reviewed and necessary adjustments were done to be able
to carry out the smooth realization and implementation of the project. The member of
the council were asked to give their suggestions and comments for the improvement of the plan.

3. Finalization and writing of the adjusted Annual Implementation Plan will be done by the
SMET Team and will be presented next meeting.

SUGGESTIONS/AGREEMENT:

1. SGC will help the school to finance some of the projects.

2. Every group agreed to support every school activities and projects.
3. Follow up pledges from donors.
