Online learning can replace classroom

teachings
Imagine a scenario where all children stay at home and
learning process- taking place through phones and
computers. It will be truly shocking to see our world without
schools and institutions for youths to gather for educational
purpose. Humanity has been learning in classrooms till date
and I hope it will be same for the future. With the
development in technology, electronic gadgets play vital
roles in children’s educational lives, but these stuffs alone
cannot fulfill the wholesome growth requirements of our
lively and curious young children. Young children have to
experience many important things at their age level to grow
themselves into capable and stable educated people. Online
learning enhances learning to some extent but it really
cannot replace the classroom teaching learning process.
Although online learning is beneficial to certain extent, it
cannot cover up important areas of development such as
social growth, excitement and emotional connection which
can be achieved in the classroom teaching.
In the world where alienation is becoming a serious
issue, social development is essential for children and it can
be best achieved in schools. Just by using computers and
phones are not enough for children to suffice their one of
the basic mental needs which is social urge. Human beings
are social animals and they need friends and elders to get
together for conversation and to play. Classrooms provide
the best opportunity for children to mingle and play with
their friends. Teachers are there to support and provide
necessary guidance. In this way children get enough
happiness to enjoy once their social drive is fulfilled.
Therefore, online learning cannot replace the classroom
teaching.
Nothing can be as exciting as group learning as one gets
opportunity to share one’s ideas to others and such
activities take place only in classroom. The process of
learning is not just to acquire knowledge. It is in the schools
children make memories of their lives, having funs and
excitement. Having fun and exciting events in life is as
important as learning lessons in life. Schools provide the best
environment for children to enjoy with varieties of
experiences. Moreover, it is when the mind is excited,
children learn the best. Otherwise it will be like what the
famous English proverb says, “All works and no play make
Jack a dull boy”. Learning through online can be monotonous
as there is no one at home to share during the learning
activities.
Face to face connection or attachment through real life
experience is very important for both students and teachers
in the learning process. It is through the face to face contact
teachers know the detail weaknesses and strengths of
children and provide necessary help. Online forum such as
phones and computers cannot provide such connection.
Emotional connection for teaching learning activities are
essential as it not just help in acquiring knowledge but also
take care of other areas of developments. The connection
that children make with their friends in school provides them
energy learn better. Therefore, emotional connection which
they get in classroom is vital for their proper growth.
So as mentioned in the above lines, online learning
cannot really replace classroom teachings. If we stop
classroom teaching, children will suffer from so many
problems in their lives. They will not be socially stable. Their
emotion will be depressed and the play or fun aspects of
learning in their lives will be deprived. It is in the school
where all children must come together and build the dream
of creative youths together as team. The task that individual
takes eons with great difficulty can be done within a short
span of time with much ease in groups. Thus classroom
learning is the best. Online learning may be used as support
for learning but it cannot replace the classroom teaching.
