    III. MINUTES OF THE MEETING:

    The meeting started with the prayer led by Ma’am Meriniza C. Mutuc, Grade-Six Teacher,
    and Ma’am Josephine C. Capanas, Grade Two Teacher made the attendance. Ma’am Rosita T.
    Diaz, Relieving Teacher gave an inspiring thought.
    Maam Cecilia N. Vergara, started the meeting proper. He led the formation of the School
    Finance Team for school year 2018-2019. The following were the appointed School Finance Team
    of Galang Elementary Memorial School for S.Y. 2018-2019.

    Member: ROSITA T. DIAZ

    He also discussed the roles and responsibilities of each member of the school finance
    team. It was followed by the presentation of all financial reports from the previous year. He also
    presented the SOB of the school for school year 2018-2019
