I. Call to Order

Mam Cresenciana B. Valencia, School Head, invited all teaching

personnel of Don Leon E. Dolor Memorial School to attend in the Flag
Ceremony on March 7, 2022, at 7:30 in the morning.

II. Agenda

1. To attend in the Flag Ceremony.

2. To follow up the teachers about their preparation for the limited
face-to-face class.

III. Business of the Meeting

The Flag Ceremony started at 8:00 in the morning. The School Head,
Administrative Officer, seventeen (17) teachers and learning support
aide participated in the said activity.

The Flag Ceremony began with the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem followed by the opening prayer. After this, the Oath of
Allegiance to the Philippine Flag was recited and the Civil Service Song
was sung. The Oath of Allegiance was also recited and followed by the
singing of the CALABARZON and Lipeño Hymn.

Mrs. Cresenciana B. Valencia gave updates for this day:

a. The teachers should follow Alternative Work Arrangement for this
week, unless there is an essential thing to do, they can go and report
to the school.
b. The teachers should prepare the signages, handwashing area and
isolation room.ssz
c. Card Giving for the 2nd Quarter on March 11, 2022.

Maam Valencia noted the important dates on the following week in

preparation for a limited face-to-face class.
March 9, 2022 Meeting of School Head to Barangay
and PTA
March 10, 2022 Orientation to parents about the
limited face-to-face class
March 15, 2022 Limited face-to-face class
simulation
March 16, 2022 Finalizing of preparation for the
limited face-to-face class.

Maam Rosalie C. Abraham presented School Disaster Management

Committee to the teachers while Maam Valencia mentioned the duties
and responsibilities of each committee.
