RESOLUTION REQUESTING CITY MAYOR, HON. ARTH BRYAN C. CELESTE, TO ALLOCATE FUND
FOR THE REPAINTING OF THE SCHOOL PERIMETER FENCE FROM ITS LONG-TIME RED AND
WHITE COLORS TO BLUE AND WHITE IN THIS PERIOD OF THE BRIGADA ESKWELA 2022.

WHEREAS, the City General Services Office (GSO) agreed to lead the repainting of the
school perimeter fence upon the approval of the city mayor and once the materials are made
available;

WHEREAS, the repainting of the school perimeter fence is deemed to entice our
learners curiosity and excite them to go back to school;

WHEREAS, the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) of the Alaminos City National High
School can no longer afford to fund this project due to financial constraint;

WHEREAS, it is the duties and responsibilities of the PTA to support all the programs,
projects, and activities like the Brigada Eskwela or the National Schools Maintenance Week
initiated by the Department of Education (DepEd);

NOW THEREFORE, after thorough deliberation on the said matter and upon motion of
the PTA led by Mrs. Thelma Apaya and was seconded by all, it was;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED during the PTA consultative meeting with the
new School Principal IV, Mr. Aladin M. Mayo, to request the City Mayor HON. ARTH BRYAN C.
CELESTE thru to allocate fund for the repainting of the school perimeter fence from its long-
time red and white colors to blue and white in this period of the Brigada Eskwela 2022.

RESOLVED, further that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the City Mayor HON.
ARTH BRYAN C. CELESTE and the General Services Office (SGO), City of Alaminos, Pangasinan
for their information and favorable action.
