I. Project Title: Ticket For A Cause

“The Story of Cinderella”
II. Project Proponent:
This project will be headed by the Arts Coordinator Mrs. Susan L.
Katimbang and the Supreme Pupil Government

III. Project Rationale:

This project will develop pupils’ creativity and talents in acting, singing and
dancing. All of the pupils will benefit because they will learn good manners
in watching the stage play at the same time they will enjoy. This project
will also help the school to obtain plant pots, trash cans and curtains for
the stage.

IV. Objectives:
To develop pupils’ creativity and talents in acting, singing and dancing.
To entertain pupils while learning.
To raise funds to support SPG’s projects.

V. Project Description:
This project will be accomplished through the help of the our officers ,
school head, teachers, parents and pupils. Members of SPG Officers and
Arts Club will be part of the stage play “The Story of Cinderella”. Tickets
for the play will be sold to all school students and parents who wants to
watch. Each ticket will cost 20 pesos in order to watch the play. The raised
money will be used to school needs like plant pots, trash cans and
curtains.

VI. Project Duration:

The stage play will start every 3:00 to 3:40 of the following dates:
February 16, 2015 (Monday)
February 17, 2015 (Tuesday)
February 18, 2015 (Wednesday)
February 19, 2015 (Thursday)
February 20, 2015 (Friday)

VII. Target Beneficiaries

This will benefits the school and all the pupils of Paligawan Elementary
School.

VIII. Proposed Budgets:

The only expenses to be used will cost 100 to 500 pesos for
some decorations and materials needed.

IX. Monitoring and Evaluation

The project will be managed and headed by the Arts Club Adviser and
SPG Officers.
