I. RATIONALE:
As part of the curriculum on health subject, the grade 9 students and the concern subject teacher plan a
program that will help them to fully understand the basic life support training.
With this proposal, it aims to help both students and teachers be aware, and be confident in performing
basic life support in their daily lives.

II. OBJECTIVES:
a. ) To equip students/leaders with basic knowledge, skills, and attitude to perform with confidence basic
life support to save lives.
b. ) Demonstrate basic awareness in BLS.

III. TARGET PARTICIPANTS:

Grade 9 students and SSG officers.

IV. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

Funding Requirements:
Expenses during the activities shall be charged among the grade 9 students and the subject teacher
involved.

V. SOURCE OF FUND
Grade 9 students.
