The City Government of Masbate through City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office
(CDRRMO) will facilitate the conduct of Basic Life Support for Barangay Ibingay. This training
will serve as venue to equip the participants with knowledge and skills which they can utilize in
times of emergencies in their barangay. The training will be conducted on February __, 2020 at
CDRRMO Building, Barangay Kalipay, Masbate City.

In this regard may we humbly request from your good office the technical expertise of your
Health Emergency Management Staff, Mr. Precioso R. Baes to conduct said training.
