The Grade 9- Lead and Grade 10- Diaspore HPTA officers and some volunteer
parents and students together with the advisers plan to have Classroom Brigada by
fixing and painting classroom chairs and tables on Saturday, October 7, 2023.

In line with the above, may we request from your good office to allow them/us to
enter the school premises in the morning of the said date specifically at Science
Bldg. Rm.1122 to perform the activity.

We are hoping for your positive response to this desire to create a safe and
conducive classroom for an effective learning environment for our beloved learners.
