It was noted that all teachers should ensure the timely submission of their DLLs.
Submission of Picto Narrative, Accomplishment Report, and Minutes
The teachers were assigned in making the Picto Narrative, Accomplishment Report, and
Minutes. All attendees reminded to complete their respective submissions on time.
Schedule of School Evaluation: 1st and 2nd Week of June
The schedule for the school evaluation was discussed.
It was agreed upon that the evaluation would take place during the 1st and 2nd week of June.
DM. 227, School Year Rites
DM. 227 regarding School Year Rites was brought up.
The teachers were informed about the guidelines and requirements for the School Year Rites.
Schedule of Recognition and Completion Ceremonies: July 11 for OCNHS (Morning)
The date for the Recognition and Completion Ceremonies was confirmed as July 11 for
OCNHS (Morning).
Attire of School Personnel during Recognition and Completion Ceremonies: Filipiniana
It was decided that the attire for school personnel during the Recognition and Completion
Ceremonies would be Filipiniana.
Certificate and Diploma Making:
It was assigned to Mr. Quiñon to handle the production of SHS Diplomas.
Mrs. Ighot was assigned to handle the production of JHS Diplomas.
Conduct of Early Registration DM 229 (May 10 to June 9, 2023)
The Early Registration period was discussed.
It was confirmed that the Early Registration would take place from May 10 to June 9, 2023.
DM 30 S. 2023 125th Independence Day
DM 30 S. 2023 regarding the 125th Independence Day was mentioned.
The teachers were reminded to prepare for the celebrations accordingly. Teachers will attend
the flag-raising ceremony in the city plaza on June 12, 2023.

DM 235 regarding Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) for El Niño
Preparation was discussed.
The necessary preparations and actions were emphasized.
DM 236 No to Single-Use Plastic Policy
DM 236 regarding the implementation of a No to Single-Use Plastic Policy was mentioned.
The attendees were reminded to adhere to the policy.
Clinic/Teen Center
The Clinic will be used as teen center.
All the agenda items were discussed thoroughly, and necessary actions were assigned to the
appropriate individuals. The teachers were informed about upcoming events, guidelines, and
policies that needed to be followed. With the completion of the meeting's objectives, the
meeting was adjourned at 4:35 PM, ensuring that the participants had a clear understanding
of their responsibilities and timelines.
