MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Subject: Urgent Meeting

Attendees: Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel

MEETING PROPER:

I. Statement of Purpose
 The subjects were called to attend a meeting to discuss the constant reminders to
teaching and non-teaching personnel of the school.

II. Agenda

The following were discussed in the meeting:

 Beware of fraud and scams online and face-to-face
 Take care of personal belongings especially the personal information that can be used
to process a loan
 One of the staff needs financial assistance (any amount will do)
 Lending ATM cards or making them as guarantee is illegal
 Updated PRC ID should be submitted on January 2023
 No PAO lawyers are provided for public school teachers
 Proper procedure in handling student matters should be done inside the Guidance
Office with the presence of guidance personnel
 If the parent/s want to talk to a teacher they should set an appointment first
 Sex education should be integrated into discussions
 Everybody should be present at the Drug Awareness Seminar
 Observe the cleanliness of the classroom all the time
 Be cautious of the way to speak and interact with the learners
 Back subjects and pre-requisites should be discussed and put first by the concerned
students
 Failing grades should be discussed properly with students and parents
 Review and discuss the components of grades
 Seen and acknowledge the messages and important announcements in group chats
 Remind the learners to strictly follow the dress code of the school

 Aguilar’s Camp is on Saturday

 Periodical Test is on November 9 and 10
 No more submission of requirements during the dates of periodical test
 Submit your Daily Lesson Log always
 Prepare for the second quarter examination and class observation number 2
 Mr. Furigay and the Learning Area Coordinator are the ones who will conduct the
observation for the next quarter
 Prepare for the Homeroom Guidance Observation
 Performance Based Bonus is also based on the Feedback Mechanism of the School
 Prepare SF 5 for LIS
