Attendance:
Macarascas National High School Faculty: 13 present

The LAC session of Macarascas National High School was held last 7 th day of
April 2022 at the Multi-purpose hall at exactly 2:00 p.m. Upon attendance checking
of Ma’am Rina C. Estrada, who was in charge of registration, thirteen (13)
participants were recorded present. The session was intended for the discussion of
the School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT) 2020 for the progressive expansion of the
face-to-face learning modality.

It was formally opened by a solemn prayer led by Sir Ferdinand B. Dagaraga


(TLE Teacher) and the singing of the national anthem conducted by Ma’am Isabel C.
Cajilo (MAPEH Teacher), as well as the MIMAROPA and Puerto Princesa hymns.

The school head, Ma’am Joselin L. Padul, opened the session with the
acknowledgment of all the participants before she presented and introduced the
agenda for the said meeting.

According to her, the main purpose of conducting the activity was to re-orient
and also to inform teachers of SSAT 2022 and the following required (MOVs) in each
of the following indicators in preparation for the safe reopening of the face-to-face
classes.

Additionally, this SSAT tool served as a guide in preparing the school for the
eventual reopening and to be informed of the required indicators and standards to
meet and ensure the safety of the learners and school personnel.

Ms. Gene S. Malolos, a faculty president, served as the speaker for the whole
session. She started her discussion by explaining all required indicators for the
progressive expansion of the face-to-face learning modality. The following important
indicators she mentioned were:
1. Managing School Operations
2. Focusing on Teaching and Learning
3. Well-Being and Protection
4. School-Community Coordination

She explained and scrutinized those abovementioned indicators to the teachers


for them to be well-informed. According to her, each indicator and sub-indicators
required providing needed MOVs to be checked and evaluated by the Schools
Division Office Validators. She ended the session by encouraging the teachers of

MNHS to do their best to meet the standards order and to ensure the safety of the
learners.

Ma’am Joselin L. Padul, added some information and reminders in regards to


the session, especially in terms of the required MOVs for the face-to-face validation.
After such, there was no other suggestion made. Everyone was well-informed and
heartedly cooperated with the aforementioned agenda.
