everyone can use.
In addition to making the environment conducive is by ensuring that teachers’
competency is given emphasis. Teachers have vital roles in keeping the academic
excellence in our school, thus, they always need to undergo training and seminar-
workshops to ensure that they are not left behind with the new trends, ideas, and methods
in teaching. Another way is by promoting to each teacher the importance of collaboration
by involving all the stakeholders specially the students and the teachers. In this way, a

As a school head, he should involve stakeholders in the development of her
school by involving them to participate in decision-making, networking, and
communication. The school must show that it wants to participate actively in society
rather than isolate itself by involving the neighborhood. Whether on school grounds or, if
necessary, defending a democratic society, members of the school community are
players, not spectators.
She must promote collaboration, good communication and actively involving
them in every activity, meeting or conference. She must also get their inputs, ideas and
suggestions to ensure that they must not feel unheard. Lastly, ask them for help in
supervising the education of the students.
