I ntroduction:

School should not be only a functional servant of the educational program but also a friendly, attrac-
tive and stimulating place, one that imparts a feeling of security and a sense of pride to all whom it serves. In
achieving the educational goals of Masaya Elementary School stakeholders such as; principal, teachers and oth-
er stakeholders joined hand in hand to achieve our school objectives. This report displays all the activities and
programs done for the month of February. All activities were conducted to acquire quality education and to en-
sure the effectiveness of learning in Modular Distance Learning Modality,for the students to learn effectively and
develop themselves into someone who’s well-equipped individual.

 Masaya Elementary School pupils participated in
the Kick-off Activity: 2021 Child Abuse Aware-
ness Week by watching FB LIVE at Council for the
Welfare of Children Page on February 8, 2021.
 Pupils participated in the Wellness Campus Pro-
gram by dancing Wellness is Life Dance Tutorial
and making it their everyday warm-up.
 As part of School feeding Program “OK sa DepEd
OPlan Kalusugan” teachers distributed MILO in
every pupil at Masaya Elementary School on
February 15, 2021.
 Oral Reading Assessment was conducted by the
teachers through messenger. Videos of pupil
while reading English and Filipino was send to the
teachers messenger.

Staff Development
 All teachers participated in the National Orientation on Result-Based Performance Management Sys-
tem via FB LIVE at DepEd Philippines page on February 1-3, 2021

 School Roll-out on Result-Based Performance Management System was conducted at Masaya Ele-
mentary School spearheaded by the principal Mrs. Gina R. Rios on February 4, 2021.

 Teaching personnel participated in the Kick-off Activity: 2021 Child Abuse Awareness Week by
watching FB LIVE at Council for the Welfare of Children Page on February 8, 2021.

 Mrs. Gina R. Rios conducted a virtual conference on February 11, 2021 with the following agenda;use
of LRMDS,DepEd Order 66 s. 2007, COT, Instructional Supervision,DepEd order 42 s. 2007, LAC session
and updating of SIP, SBM and LCP.

 To help, guide, support and to be more effective in their teaching performance, technical assistance
for teachers was given by our district supervisor Mr. Antonio M. ILagan on February 17, 2021.

 LAC session and COT demonstration was done on February 19, 23, 26, 2021.

Program and Projects
 To help students gain general knowledge that is applicable to all learning areas. Masaya Ele-
mentary School conducted remedial programs to help student improve their skills especially in
reading, writing, spelling and numeracy.All teachers applied remedial programs in the new nor-
mal through Group chats (messenger) they also prepared printed reading materials and it was
given to the parents .
