NARRATIVE REPORT ON FOURTH QUARTER PTA MEETING
Arnedo National High School conducted the Fourth Quarter Card giving/viewing for Grade
10 students. The said day was one of the crucial parts of the year since parents can be informed about
the performance of their child in school. It is the day also for teacher to let the parents know about
the attitude of their child and tell other concerns regarding both performance and attitude. It was
started at 1: 00 in the afternoon. Before the said time, I already prepared drill sheets, E- class records,
list of honors, summary of grades and especially the report card of my students Grade 11 HE2 - Saint
Joan of Arc. The first parent who came early for the card viewing is the mother of Allysa B. Morales,
one of my achiever. I let Mrs. Morales see first the scores of the exam on drill sheet of her daughter
and also her standing in the list of honors. After that I let her see the report card and told both of
them that she needs to continue and exert more efforts just to be in the honor list. After that I
continue the same process to the other parents and told them about the performances and attitudes of
their child.
Some parents ask me to help their child to become more responsible to their actions inside the school
premises so that they will continue to support them and to have a passing grades especially students
in the honor list. One parent of Grade 11 HE 2 did not come on the card viewing. At 4:00 pm, grade
11 advisers started to fix all documents of our students since the other parent did not arrive at the
school. I checked all the report cards if it is already complete. The first quarter card giving/ viewing
is successfully happened and all parents are happy to see that their child is actively participating in
school.
