SUBJECT : School-Based In-Service Training 2022 at Manaul National High School

DATE : January 26, 2022

1. There will be a School-Based In-Service Training on January 31 to February 5, 2022

at 7:30AM to 4:30PM at face to face mode.

2. The activities in this INSET are designed to:

 update knowledge and skills related to teaching methods using different
instructional methods, strategies and technologies to meet the needs of learners;
 enhance teacher’s competence in teaching- learning process in integrating
Comprehensive Sexuality Education CSE in different learning areas;
 improve teachers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes on how to manage stress to
promote positive discipline in everyday teaching;
 update knowledge in the revised RPMS tools and forms in time of Covid 19, and
be oriented on the E-SAT and Development Plan;
 enhance teacher’s competence in applying different strategies to support reading
and language learners;
 ensure readiness of teachers in the opening of limited face-to-face classes with the
support of our stakeholders;
 assess learning in times of pandemic, and promote modular distance learning best
practices and intervention strategies for learners at risk in distance learning; and
 equip all teachers in different principles of supervision and the importance of
professional development.

3. Snacks and lunch of participants in the INSET shall be charged against school MOOE

or local funds subject to accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. All teachers are expected to attend and participate actively in all sessions.

desired.
