Students progress monitoring is critical in response to
intervention system because it gives teachers the
information they need to decide whether or not
students should be given different activities. Teachers
should not worry that progress monitoring takes away
too much time from their instruction.
The teacher keeps track of the students' progress using an
achievement sheet. While both methods assist teachers in
determining the effectiveness of their teaching and making
more informed instructional decisions, this is the primary
distinction between learner progress monitoring and
accomplishment evaluation.

During the pandemic, the Department of Education
worked to guarantee that the educational process in the
country was not disrupted. As a result, the teachers were
trained for the delivery of various learning modalities. This
new standard setup facilitates the deployment and
management of learning modalities that are in line with the
government's COVID-19 response policies.
To ensure that no learner is left behind, a variety of
social media platforms were used. The modular printed
modality is also available for those learners who do not
have access to social media or internet connectivity. This is
designed to help teachers deal with her various and
distinctive students. It takes dedication to go the additional
mile.
Teachers, especially those who are not computer
literate, face a difficulty when it comes to computer literacy
and technology. However, it does pave the door for the
conclusion that nothing is too late for anyone. The teacher's
readiness to confront and promote the teaching-learning
process is obvious in the creation of this portfolio.
