PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. Project Information:
a. Title: Project VALUES – (Valuing Attitude with Learning and
Understanding Engagement Strategies

II. Rationale:
This project proposal in ESP is a project initiated for school year 2021-2022.
It is intended to enhance the teaching skills and competencies of ESP teachers
towards increasing the performance of learners and inculcating values and discipline
despite the new learning modality and absence of face to face classes.
Learning Action Cell sessions will be done every Friday of the week and related
activities such as different strategies in teaching, test construction and interpretation
(innovation), discipline integration during home visitation and the like are to be
discussed to uplift ESP learning area.

III. Objectives and Long Term Goal:

The project will help the school and with the following objectives:
1. Enhance teaching skills and competence of ESP teachers through engagement
with different activities.
2. Submit concrete evidence of learned strategies of teaching.
3. Participate with cooperation and willingness to accept challenged in improving
the performance of learners while inculcating values and discipline.

IV. Program of Activities:

The school head will initiate the program as follows:
1. Preparation of project proposal.
2. Submission of project proposal.
3. Conduct of LAC Session meeting
4. Requesting the key personnel to accomplish the project.
5. Preparation of program of works and other pertinent documents.
6. Reporting of accomplishments.

After discussed about everything, such as costing, the planner, the design, we
can proceed to next level which is confirm the date when will start the project and
the duration time when the project will end.
