- The minutes of the meeting were reviewed and approved without any amendments.

2. Discussion on teaching and learning strategies:

- The meeting commenced with discussion on effective teaching and learning strategies.

- Different methods, such as active learning, flipped classroom, and blended learning, were expected.
- Participants shared their experience and success stories using various strategies.
- The importance of differentiated instruction to cater to diverse student needs was highlighted.

3. Sharing best practices among teachers:

- Teachers took turns sharing their best practices and innovative approaches to engage students.
- Topics discussed included project-based learning, use of technology in the classroom, and formative
assessment techniques.
- Teachers shared resources, websites, and educational tools they found helpful in enhancing student
learning.

4. Collaboration opportunities for professional development:

- The meeting emphasized the importance of collaboration for continuous professional development.
- Teachers discussed the possibility of organizing symposiums, workshops, and seminars to share
expertise and learn from each other.
- Ideas for cross-department collaboration and peer observation were explored as well.
