Managing PhD admissions – regularand extramural, end to end, in coordination with Directorate of Admissions Collaborating with various schools/departments to manage the application process, entrance examination (selection) process, document verification process, onboarding of research scholars and induction Ensuring the coursework is delivered according to the norms set by UGC and University regulations Coordinating with various schools to conduct the coursework examination Conducting and organizing doctoral symposiums for the scholars Provide support for scholars to make their research experience better Managing IRC issues, extensions, submissions, equivalences etc. Managing recognition process of internal and extramural supervisors and labs Making agenda and organizing BRS meetings Implementing the action plan of BRS Coordinating with schools and ensure that a fair and transparent process is implemented for scholars. Skills An illustrious academic record including a Ph.D. A quick learner & adaptable to any role in any line of activity A skilled communicator with good presentation skills Out of box thinker and innovative Able to work well in teams and drive the team for achieving goals Adaptable to dynamic and fast paced work environment and be able to handle stress Result oriented individual with a strong desire to make contributions to the Research& Development activities.
