OBJECTIVE:
 To conduct Supreme Pupil Government Teacher – Adviser’s meeting on matters concerning the
organization

PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES:
 National Anthem and Prayer, led by Teacher Maria Lou Pacifico Gador – Penton
 Checking of Attendance by Teacher Julius Plenos (SPG Teacher – Adviser President)
 Calling the meeting to order

AGENDA:
1. Introduction of the Constitution and By Laws of SPG/SSG
2. Reiterated the importance of the Teacher – Adviser Training Course & Student Leadership Development
Program (DM 116, S. 2022). Encouraged teachers to attend the training which is open until April 15,
2022.
3. Shared the Online Survey on the Training Needs of Student Leaders and Teacher – Advisers (DM 124,
S. 2022)
4. Orientation on the four (4) Monitoring, Evaluation, and Technical Assistance or META Forms. Duration
of School Monitoring is in March 2022 – June 2022.
 Malubog Integrated School belonged to batch 2 of the School Monitoring
 The META team will not inform the schools on the specific date of their visitation.
5. Discussion on the proposed SPG Teacher – Adviser’s Organization T-Shirt/Uniform.
