CONFERENCE OF PRIVATE SCHOOL HEADS AND OWNERS

To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent

Private Elementary and Secondary School Heads
All Others Concerned

1. This Office will conduct a face-to-face conference of all private school heads and
owners in this division on June 3, 2022, Friday at 8:30 in the morning at Pajo National
High School Covered Court, Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City.

2. This conference aims to:

a. harmonize the submission of required documents in the application of

government permits to operate a private school and other requests;
b. orient school heads’ responsibilities in the accomplishment of the Learner
Information System (LIS);
c. gather relevant issues and concerns in the operation of private schools.

3. The participants to this conference are the private school heads and owners,
SGOD personnel and Public Schools District Supervisors. Participants are advised to

4. Attached is the program of activities.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
