l. The National Association of Public Secondary Schools of the Philippines


(NAPSSPHIL) Inc. announces the holding of its 8th Haclpals Coagtess with the
theme, The Principal's role in upholding ttre leamer's right to access Basic Quality
Education, promoting safety, health and well-being in the New Normal, at the
Boracay Paradise Garden Resort and Convention Center, Mangayad, Manoc-Manoc,
Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan by cluster on the dates stated below.

2. The congress aims to provide vision and direction in upholding the learner's
right to access Basic Quality Education, promoting safety, health and well-being in
the new normal through excellent school leadership and management.

3. The target participants to this llve-out congress are public secondary school
principals, assistant secondar5r school principals for Senior High Schools (SHSs),
SHS coordinators, head teachers, and officers-in-charge of schools. Attendance of
participants shall be on offlclal buslners. Private secondar5r schools are invited to
attend.

4. NAPSSPHIL Officers, Program Management Team and members of the working


committees shall be allowed to travel two days before and after the congress.

5. A registration fee of Six Thousand Pesos (P6,OOO) shall be charged to each


participant to cover venue rental, mea-ls, honoraria of speakers, and other related
expenses chargeable to local funds and or Special Education Fund subject to the
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6. Oflicial registration of participants will be on Day 0, a day before the congress,
to facilitate early registration and they are reminded to be responsible for their hotel
accommodation.

7. Payment of the registration fee shall be made through bank deposit oa or


before the scheduled congtess to the bank details below.

8. Participants are advised to observe minimum health and safet5r protocols and
shall observe to Department of Health (DOH), Inter-Agency Task Force for the
Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), and DepEd guidelines to wit:
handwashing, disinfecting both hands with alcohol; wearing of face mask; a-nd
observation of physical distancing.
