2. O,le Health Week will be conducted to roll out a set of hea.lth activities
featuring, but not limitcd to, the six major DepEd school health programs below:

a- SchoolBased Fceding Progrsm (SBFP);


b. National Drug Education PrograB (NDEP);
c. Adolesccnt Reproductive Hcalth (ARH) hoSrem;
d. Water, Sarlitation, and Hygiene (WASH) in Schools (WinS)
Program;
e. Medical, NuGing, and Dcntal Servicea; and
I School Mental Health Progrs-rn.
3. During the One Health Week, the regional omces (ROsl, schools division
omces (SDO3), and elemente.ry and sccondary schools ar€ directed to underteke the
tollouring sugg€sted activities, among others:

Delivery of age- appropriate health s€rvices;

4. One Health Week shall be marimized to mobilize the community and


promote collaboration with partncrs ehd staleholders, especielly at the school
ievel. As such, the schools are taskcd to network with Partners within their
locslities for various health endeavors such as the improvcment and maintcnancc
of health facilities; provision of health and nutritiofl scrvicca including manpowcr,
medicines, and equipmcnt; and finalization of deliveEbles and schedule of joint
health activities for the school y€at.

5. The ROs and SDOS shall conduct kick-off activitica on or bcfor. JulT 24,
2Ol9 to signal thc sta.rt of Onc Hcalth Week ahd Sain support from partners and
atakeholders. The nationel kick off to be led by the Bureau of L€arner Support
Services School Heelth Division is acheduled on Jdy 2/1, 2019. A separate
memorandum sha.ll bc issued inviting conccmed DcpEd pcrsonncl and providing
funher details about the activity.

6. Schools should coordinate with their division health personnel for thc
conduct of activities for Onc Health Week.

7. For reportinS purposes, the schoola shall ensure the documcntation of the
activitics conducted during the Onc Hea]th Week, following the data ,equilements
of t}re OK sa DepEdForms A and B enclosed to DO 28, s. 2018.

8. Rcgional drrectors and schools divbion sup€rintcndents are enjoined to


support and monitor the activities.
