PARTICULARS
1. BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Part of the school’s preparations for the grand celebration of 75 th Founding Anniversary and
Thanksgiving this year, is a Construction of Covered Court Project. Consequently, the
commissioning of personnel for the Special Project Committee Members was deemed necessary
by the EMCI EXECUTIVE COMMITTTEE.
2. PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Special Project Committee is to spearhead and focus on gathering
sponsorships from all possible stakeholders for the completion of the Construction of Covered
Court.
3. MEMBERS AND FUNCTIONS:

4. SCOPE of WORK:

1. Develop a Strategic Plan for the project, present and submit to the School President.
2. Establish harmonious partnerships and networking from various stakeholders, LGUs,
NGOs and other related agencies that might have interests in the project.
3. Organize and conduct Informational Drive-in relation to the project to potential
sponsors for possible partnerships.
4. Monthly Report Submission and updating for the project.
5. Comply with the school’s policies, directives, rules and regulations.
