 1.BUTTER MILK DISTRIBUTION

DESCRIPTION:
As part of the social activities we formed a group of 9 members. Our group members
decided to distribute the buttermilk to the workers who are working in hot summer.
Buttermilk is an ideal drink to have in hot Indian summer months as it not only
helps maintain body's fluid requirement, it also balances body's electrolytes
levels. Reduces blood pressure and thus helps patients with hypertension and
heart diseases.
 2.PLANTATION

Event Venue: Kommadi

DESCRIPTION:

The Event was collectively regarded for an increase in the production of plants and seeding.
The volunteers took part in growing plants and sowing seeds for its growth. The event also
related the collection in information of different plants species in Gayatri Vidya Parishad
College of Engineering (A) and planting a naming board to them.

The world is constantly evolving and so are the pollution levels. The carbon emission in cities
is reaching new heights every day. As more and more industries are being set up, larger
areas of forests are being cleared up, thus gives rise to deforestation.

Afforestation we need to tackle the global issues humans are facing. We need measures like
afforestation and reforestation to be practiced on a larger scale. Most importantly,
afforestation is something which is very economical and easy. It can help in bringing back
the balance of nature. Even if one community vows to practice afforestation, we can
successfully create a whole new forest.

Importance of Afforestation

1. Provide an alternative source of tree products

2. Increased supply of trees that are in high demand

As the part of the social activities this time we formed as a group and decided to
spread the awareness on traffic rules, by raising the slogans.
 Never Drink & Drive.
 Always Wear Seat Belt.
 Keep a Safe Distance from the vehicle ahead.
 Always Avoid Distractions.
 Never Break Red Signal.
 Always Drive Within Speed Limit.
 Avoid the Drowsiness While Driving.
 Watch Out For Drivers On the Road
 4.SAVE WATER(Raising slogans)

Description:

In this activity we spread the awareness about usage of water by using posters and
by raising slogans like “SAVE WATER AND SAVE LIFE”. Around five members we formed a
group and did this activity. Here are the some proofs about the activity.

In this event as the part of social activities we cleaned the park in our area. We sweeped the
park and collected dust etc, one of the major aim of this activity is to public places should be
